We help match approved member candidates with approved member employers via our websites and networks. In our efforts to keep our member candidates abreast of career opportunities we offer you the opportunities to OPT-IN to our SMS and MMS campaigns.
Ambassador TRS complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
To ensure full TCPA compliance, we send only must “clear and conspicuous disclosure” of text messages and/or upcoming seminars, skills training.
Our texts will originate from an authorized Ambassador TRS number system and will include any opt-out instructions.
Data breach
In the event we become aware that the security of the Website and Services has been compromised or users Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
